Information we may process

Depending on the service approved by a client, we may process business contact details, public Page information, Page insights, comments, messages, campaign materials, product descriptions, and operational notes needed to deliver the requested service.

How we use information

We use information only to provide authorised business services, including content planning, Page management, customer response workflows, campaign reporting, and technical troubleshooting. We do not sell personal information.

Meta platform data

If a client connects a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or related Meta business asset, we access only the permissions granted by the client or platform administrator. Publishing, deletion, or engagement actions are handled under the client-approved operating rules.

Retention

We retain operational records only for as long as needed to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business continuity. Clients may request deletion of app-related data through our data deletion page.
